May 30, 1987, when Goa became India’s 25th state…

Sorry for being a bit negative (pic) on this day but that’s the reality today. That’s what we have done and that what we have allowed to happen for the past 26 years of Statehood. We havepeed on our own State and allowed others to do so (please do not take literal meaning). We have gradually ruined out own fate and allowed others to do it to us..
So does it mean it is all lost? NO!
Our journey of 26 years of statehood has moulded us for our greater Good. And it was exactly what we needed to be. Don’t think that you’ve lost time. It took each & every situation we have encountered to understand the beauty of our land and it’s people. And now is right time we fight back to safeguard and protect what we can.
Its time you get rooted to your soil!
